- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice to use in cake mix)
- 1/2 c. chopped cherries
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Mix cake mix as directed.

2Use reserved juice.

3Grease large cake pan, 9 x 13-inch, that has edges.

4Pour cake batter into prepared pan.

5Bake 15 to 20 minutes until done.

6Let cool.

7Mix pudding mix with 1 cup milk.

8Beat cream cheese into pudding mix. Fold by hand the Cool Whip into the mixture. Spread mixture onto cool cake. Sprinkle pineapple on top of pudding, then chopped cherries, nuts and coconut.

9Refrigerate until ready to use.
