- 2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple chunks in juice
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 chicken breasts (halves, skinless, boned)
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 4 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 5 tsp. chopped dried chives
Directions

1About 20 minutes before serving pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup of the juice, set pineapple chunks and juice aside.

2Mix flour and salt.

3Coat chicken.

4Cook chicken in skillet in oil until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes on each side.

5Remove and put into baking dish.

6In the drippings, stir honey, teriyaki sauce, chives and pineapple juice.

7Boil 30 seconds.

8Add pineapple chunks. Heat thoroughly.

9Pour over chicken.
-
10Serve.
