  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. pineapple syrup
  • 1/4 c. tomato ketchup
  • 1 small onion, quartered
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch sq.
  • 5 slices pineapple, cut into wedges

Directions

    Trim excess fat from pork chops.

    Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper; brown in greased skillet.

    Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients; pour over chops.

    Cover; simmer 45 minutes or until done.

    Makes 6 servings.

    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
