- 6 pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. pineapple syrup
- 1/4 c. tomato ketchup
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch sq.
- 5 slices pineapple, cut into wedges
Directions

1Trim excess fat from pork chops.

2Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper; brown in greased skillet.

3Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients; pour over chops.

4Cover; simmer 45 minutes or until done.

5Makes 6 servings.

6Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
