  • 23 cup nonfat milk
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 8 slices white bread or 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 8 ounces sliced low-sodium ham or 8 ounces smoked turkey
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained

    Heat oven to 400 degrees.

    Whisk eggs and milk in a shallow bowl.

    Heat large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat.

    Dip 4 bread slices in egg mixture; cook 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
