Hawaiian Fruit Dip

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/4 c. cold milk
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1/3 shredded coconut
  • Assorted fresh fruit: strawberries, melon balls or chunks, kiwi slices, orange sections, peach slices, and papaya or mango slices

    In med. bowl, whisk pudding, and milk until well blended. Blend in sour cream. Stir in pineapple and coconut. Cover. Refrigerate until chilled, 30 min to an hour. Serve with fresh fruit dippers.
