  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 3/4 c. coconut
  • baked pie shell

Directions

    Mix pineapple, flour and sugar. Cook until thick.

    Let cool. Slice bananas into pie crust.

    Sprinkle with nuts.

    Pour the pineapple mixture over the nuts.

    Mix the coconut with the Cool Whip and spread on top of pie.

    Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
