  • 2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
  • 2/3 c. melted butter
  • 3 or 4 sliced bananas
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • pecans
  • coconut
  • maraschino cherries, chopped

Directions

    Mix wafers and butter and spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Arrange sliced bananas over crust.

    Beat together milk and lemon juice until thick.

    Add sour cream.

    Pour over bananas.

    Mix together pineapple and Cool Whip and spread over sour cream mixture.

    Sprinkle with pecans, coconut and cherries.

    Refrigerate 24 hours.
