  • 2 pie crusts, baked
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. flour
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 large container Cool Whip

Directions

    Place pineapple in a pot with sugar and flour; cook until thick.

    Remove from heat and cool.

    Slice bananas and cover the bottom of pie shells.

    Pour pecans and coconut in pie shells, leaving some for top of pie.

    Pour pineapple mixture over bananas and nuts.

    Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle remainder of nuts and coconut.
