- 9 lb. lean pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 3 1/3 c. pineapple juice
- 1 (No. 10) can chunk pineapple
- 1 1/3 cubes margarine
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2/3 lb. celery, chopped
- 1 1/3 c. green peppers, chopped
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- salt to taste
- Accent to taste
- 1/3 c. cornstarch
Directions

1Brown meat in margarine.

2Cover tightly and simmer until meat is tender.

3Add vinegar, pineapple juice, celery and bell pepper. Simmer until tender.

4Add remaining ingredients, stir constantly until mixture thickens.

5Serves 50 family style or 60 to 65 plates.
