- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. mashed bananas
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.

2Make a well in the center. Add eggs, bananas, pineapple, nuts, oil and vanilla.

3Stir, but do not beat.

4Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

5Bake at 350° for 75 minutes.

6Do not use mixer!
