  • 6 lb. country style ribs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. green peppers
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Salt and pepper ribs.

    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.

    Drain off fat and cover with sauce and bake another 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
