Ingredients

  • 2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 6 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 each eggs
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2/3 cup sugar

Directions

    Mix yeast, eggs, salt, sugar, pineapple juice and water together.

    Slowly add in flour.

    Knead .

    Save 1/2 cup flour for later.

    Should be kind of sticky to touch.

    Cover with warm rag and let rise for 1 hour.

    Knead again for about 10 minutes adding in rest of flour.

    Roll into balls and place in buttered pan.

    Cover and let rise again for another hour.
  10. 10
    Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes till golden brown.
