  • 2 c. mashed sweet potatoes (No. 2 can)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can (10 slices) pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Combine sweet potatoes, margarine and salt; mix well.

    Place pineapple slices in buttered baking dish.

    Top with potato mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Top with marshmallows; bake 5 minutes more.

    Serves 5 to 10.
