- 1 lb. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 c. pretzel sticks, broken into pieces
- 1 c. unsalted peanuts
Directions

1Place chocolate in top of double boiler; bring water to a boil.

2Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts, stirring occasionally.

3Remove from heat and stir until chocolate is smooth.

4Add pretzels and peanuts to melted chocolate and stir until well coated with chocolate.

5Pour into buttered 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, spreading to edges of pan.

6Chill 20 minutes or until firm.

7Break into pieces.

8Store in airtight container.

9Yields 1 1/2 pounds.
