Ingredients

  • 1 lb. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 2 c. pretzel sticks, broken into pieces
  • 1 c. unsalted peanuts

Directions

    Place chocolate in top of double boiler; bring water to a boil.

    Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts, stirring occasionally.

    Remove from heat and stir until chocolate is smooth.

    Add pretzels and peanuts to melted chocolate and stir until well coated with chocolate.

    Pour into buttered 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, spreading to edges of pan.

    Chill 20 minutes or until firm.

    Break into pieces.

    Store in airtight container.

    Yields 1 1/2 pounds.
