  • 2 pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 can shoestring potatoes

Directions

    Place butterscotch chips and peanut butter in top of double boiler; stir occasionally until melted.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in pecans and potatoes until both are coated with butterscotch mixture.

    Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.

    Will take 20 to 30 minutes to set.
