- 2 pkg. butterscotch chips
- 2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 can shoestring potatoes
Directions

1Place butterscotch chips and peanut butter in top of double boiler; stir occasionally until melted.

2Remove from heat.

3Stir in pecans and potatoes until both are coated with butterscotch mixture.

4Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.

5Will take 20 to 30 minutes to set.
