- 1 1/2 c. hazelnuts
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Grind hazelnuts very fine.

3Empty into mixing bowl.

4Add all remaining ingredients, except confectioners sugar, to nuts and mix thoroughly.

5Refrigerate dough at least one-half hour.

6Form into 1-inch balls; place one-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes, until set but not brown.

7Cool partially on cooling rack and roll in confectioners sugar while warm.
