- 3 eggs
- 7/8 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 5/8 cups flour
- 3/4 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/3 cups ground hazelnuts
- 6 2/3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour a cake pan.

2In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a frothy mixture.

3Add the milk and oil while mixing.

4In a different bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and ground hazelnuts. Add to the wet ingredients.

5Mix everything to get a smooth batter.

6Fill the prepared cake pan with the mixture.

7Bake for 40 minutes at 400 F.

8Feel free to dust with powdered sugar once unmolded.
