- 1 1/2 cups hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 cups plus 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pound dried apricots, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
