- 90 grams butter melted
- 2 1/2 cups self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 egg beaten lightly
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plum jam
Directions

1Combine butter, flour, ground hazelnuts, sugar, egg and milk in large bowl.

2Spoon half of the muffin mixture into the greased 12-hole muffin pan.

3Make a well in each muffin, spoon in rounded teaspoons of jam, top with remaining muffin mixture.

4Bake in the oven at 180 C for about 20 minutes, or until done.
