Ingredients
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 envelope plain gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. chopped cabbage
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped cucumber
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Add the first 6 ingredients together in a saucepan.

2Put on stove and heat until dissolved.

3Bring to boiling point.

4Cool and add the last 6 ingredients.

5Mix well.

6Put in dish and let jell. Cut in squares.

7Serve on lettuce leaf.
