  • 1 avocado, halved and pitted
  • 3 cups milk, 2% fat or 3 cups fat, free
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 6 tablespoons sugar, you can also substitute it with same amount of honey
  • 1 cup ice
