- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. bran cereal
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. sour skim milk
Directions

1Boil raisins and water together for 5 minutes.
