Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Fine salt
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Agave nectar
- 2 tbsp Soy or almond milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Coconut oil (melted)
- 1 packages Candy melts (optional)
- 1 as needed Sprinkles (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180c.

2In a large bowl mix together the coconut flour, baking powder and the salt.

3Melt the coconut oil.

4Mix the eggs in to the dry ingredients and stir in the agave nectar, the milk and the vanilla extract.

5Add the melted coconut oil and stir until the batter is smooth.

6Spoon the mixture in to the cake pop mould and bake for 18-22 minutes.

7Leave to cool on a cooling tray.

8(Optional) melt the candy melts using the instructions on the packaging.

9Once melted, dip the cake pop stick into the candy melts.

10Put into cake pop then leave for a couple of minutes.

11Dunk the cake pops into the melted candy melts.

12Now sprinkle with sprinkles, leave to set for a few minutes then enjoy!
