  • dash of oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. celery, finely sliced
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. bread crumbs, fine
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
