  • 2 chicken breasts cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 mushroom, chopped
  • 1 hand full garden peas
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 400 ml coconut milk

Directions

    Put coconut milk into a dish and add all the spices and sir well

    Fry chicken in a pan till browning
  3. 3
    Once chicken is browned add the onion, mushrooms and garlic
  4. 4
    When they have started to brown add the coconut milk and spices
  5. 5
    Add the garden peas
  6. 6
    Simmer for 20 mins
