  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar substitute or 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup applesauce or 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
