  • 1/2 c. no-fat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. no-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. no-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 c. no-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. imitation crab
  • paprika

Directions

    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese and seasonings. Mix well.

    Then stir in Cheddar cheese and crab.

    Cover.

    Chill 2 hours.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Serve with crackers, bread sticks or vegetables.
