- 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
- 6 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions

1Whisk eggs

2Add flours and ground chia seeds and mix

3Whisk in milk, coconut oil, and vanilla

4Heat 9 inch frying pan to medium heat

5Pour batter into pan, cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown

6Flip and cook for another minute

7Repeat until batter is done

8Serve warm with berries, yogurt, nuts, etc.
