Healthy “Fried” Bananas

- 1 whole Medium Very Ripe Banana
- 1/4 cups Bran Flakes Cereal
- 1/2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions

1Preheat a small skillet over medium heat.

2Grind cereal in a food processor or blender to make fine crumbs and then pour into small bowl. Slice banana in half crosswise and then again lengthwise to make 4 pieces.

3Roll each slice of banana in the cereal, making sure to coat each side. Press cereal lightly into banana to ensure it sticks.

4Place banana slices in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Flip over and cook another 2 minutes on the other side. Remove from skillet and top with vanilla ice cream.
