- 1 (15 oz.) box Mueselix, Fruit and Fibre or Basic Four
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- 5 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs or Egg Beater equivalent
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. oil
Directions

1Mix cereal, sugar, flour, soda and salt.

2Add eggs or Egg Beater equivalent, buttermilk and oil.

3Mix in large bowl.

4Batter lasts 6 weeks or so in refrigerator.

5Use whatever amount you need to make muffins for any specific time.

6Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
