  • 1 (15 oz.) box Mueselix, Fruit and Fibre or Basic Four
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 c. flour
  • 5 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs or Egg Beater equivalent
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 1 c. oil

Directions

    Mix cereal, sugar, flour, soda and salt.

    Add eggs or Egg Beater equivalent, buttermilk and oil.

    Mix in large bowl.

    Batter lasts 6 weeks or so in refrigerator.

    Use whatever amount you need to make muffins for any specific time.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
