- 1 packages frozen rice
- 2 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey
- 1 tsp sweetener your choice
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven 350

2In a skillet brown ground turkey in Worcester sauce until almost done.

3let stand to finish cooking.

4you don't want to dry out the turkey.

5In a blender add all ingredients except turkey and rice.

6meanwhile microwave rice 5 1/2 minutes.

7pulse blender a few times or to your desired consistency.

8Pour blender contents into browned turkey and stir in rice.

9Spray casserole with cooking spray.

10Pour mixture into casserole.

11Mix your cheeses and dollop in mixture like with lasagne.

12I sprinkled bread crumbs and parmesan over top.

13Bake 40 minutes .

14I used 1 can fire roasted garlic tomatoes and 1 can basil, oregano, and garlic.
