  • 1 cup Grated potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Grated carrots
  • 2 1/4 tbsp Chopped spinach leaves (to add colors)
  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1 tsp Salt, and a dash of fine pepper
  • 1 Oil spray (brush) to panfry and toast

Directions

    Grate potatoes and carrots.. Add chopped spinach leaves.. Mash altogether until juices come out..squeeze and drain the juices.. Add flour and starch..season with salt and pepper.. Scoop about two tablespoon or with an ice cream scooper, form a patty and panfry with a little oil until one side is crispy brown..then, turnto fry the other side..fry until cooked..

    Serve with chili ketchup and while hot!
