- 4 slices bacon
- 3 chopped green onions
- 3 grated potatoes
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 4 cans chopped clams with juice
- 2 c. half and half
Directions

1Saute bacon until crisp in large kettle.

2Remove and chop. Add onions, potatoes, green pepper, celery and garlic.

3Add 2 cups chicken broth and seasonings.

4Cover kettle and simmer 20 minutes. Add clams and juice and half and half; heat until hot.

5Do not boil.

6Add chopped bacon.
