  • Saltine crackers
  • 1 cup (225 ml) dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup (225 ml) margarine
  • 1 cup (225 ml) chocolate chips

    Line cookie sheet with foil and grease well.

    Cover foil with layer of saltine crackers.

    Mix sugar and margarine and boil 2 minutes.

    Carefully pour over crackers and bake 350 for 8 minutes.

    Cool a bit then sprinkle chocolate chips over top to melt, spread.

    Break when cool and store in air tight container.
