Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. margarine; 1 1/2 lb. ground beef; 1 clove garlic, minced; 1 tsp. salt; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 1 tsp. sugar; 8 oz. pkg. egg noodles or bite size lasagna; 6 green onions, chopped (tops, too); 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese; 1 c. sour cream; 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese; 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

1 1/2 lb. ground beef

1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
8 oz. pkg. egg noodles or bite size lasagna
6 green onions, chopped (tops, too)
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Directions

Brown meat, garlic, salt and pepper in margarine.

Drain and add tomato sauce and simmer 20 minutes.

Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.

Soften cream cheese and add to sour cream and onions.

Combine meat mixture and noodles (or lasagna) and pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole.

Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

Serves 8 or more.
