Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 4 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Dissolve jello in hot water; add sugar and stir in marshmallows while still hot.

    Add lemon juice.

    Let cool some. Add pineapple, cottage cheese, salt and nuts.

    Stir until well mixed.

    Add softened Cool Whip.

    Blend thoroughly.

    Pour into mold or bowl.

    Refrigerate.
