  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. small marshmallows
  • 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained if desired
  • 1 pt. Cool Whip
  • cherries for garnish

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and let set until marshmallows are almost melted.

    Add cottage cheese and pineapple.

    Put in refrigerator until set.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Pour in mold and let set overnight.
  6. 6
    Unmold right before ready to serve.

    Top with cherries.
