- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3.4 to 4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crust
- graham cracker crumbs
Directions

1Whip the cream in small bowl.

2Refrigerate.

3Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

4Beat together cream cheese, reserved juice and pudding in medium bowl until smooth.

5Gently fold pineapple and whipped cream into pudding mix.

6Spoon into pie crust.

7Place in freezer until hard, 8 hours or overnight.

8Remove from freezer 1 1/2 hours before serving.

9Sprinkle top with more crumbs.
