Heavenly Pineapple Pie

  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3.4 to 4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • graham cracker crumbs

Directions

    Whip the cream in small bowl.

    Refrigerate.

    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

    Beat together cream cheese, reserved juice and pudding in medium bowl until smooth.

    Gently fold pineapple and whipped cream into pudding mix.

    Spoon into pie crust.

    Place in freezer until hard, 8 hours or overnight.

    Remove from freezer 1 1/2 hours before serving.

    Sprinkle top with more crumbs.
