  • 2 Medium Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Whole Foods Premade Pizza Dough (for One Large Pizza)
  • 4 ounces, weight Chunk Of Pecorino Romano Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

    Preheat oven to 450 F.

    Thinly slice tomatoes and place in a bowl.

    Drizzle olive oil over them, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and let sit.

    Meanwhile, lightly grease a cookie sheet or pizza pan with olive oil.

    Spread dough onto pan in desired shape, pinching edges up slightly to create the crust.

    Shave cheese into thin slices and place evenly over pizza dough, covering the surface but leaving 1 inch all around the edges.

    Place mushroom and tomato slices in same manner, covering entire pizza.

    Sprinkle oregano over top.

    Place in oven for 12 minutes at 450F.

    After that,leave pizza in oven and turn the broiler on to 500F to finish cooking for 5 minutes.

    Edges should be lightly brown and cheese should be bubbly.
