- 1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn
- 1 (No. 303) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 oz. jar pimientos, chopped
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine cream-style and whole kernel corn, onions, pimientos, milk, egg, cracker crumbs, cheese, margarine and sugar in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.

2Bake for 1 hour at 350° and serve.
