- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/3 c. Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Directions

1Coat a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

2Arrange tomatoes in dish.

3Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.

4Sprinkle over tomatoes.

5Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes at 425° or until tomatoes are thoroughly heated and topping is lightly browned.
