- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. very warm water
- parsley
- rosemary
- thyme
- dill or any herb
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Mix 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a large bowl.

2Add water, parsley, shortening and herbs.

3Beat and add the remaining flour.

4Add more flour, if needed.

5Cover and let rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
