- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. Sauterne or sherry
- 5 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
- 3 oz. can mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Brown chicken breasts in butter.

3Place in flat casserole.

4Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

5Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 30 minutes.
