  • 1 fryer, quartered
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian herb seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water

Directions

    Place chicken in shallow pan.

    Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.

    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 325°, turning once after 15 minutes.

    Baste occasionally, turn skin side up.

    Cover and bake 30 minutes more or until tender.

    Also good with skinless chicken.
