  • 2/3 c. butter-flavored cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. cod fillets
