- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2/3 c. butter-flavored cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. cod fillets
Directions

1Place butter in a shallow bowl.

2In another bowl, combine the next five ingredients.

3Dip fillets in butter, then coat with crumbs.

4Place on a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

5Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
