  • 8 oz. fat-free or reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley, snipped
  • 1 medium clove garlic, mashed or 1/2 tsp. bottled minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp. dried chervil, crumbled

    In a food processor or blender, process all ingredients for 10 seconds. Transfer to a glass bowl; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Serves 8 (2 tablespoons per serving).
