- 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- cooking oil or melted butter
Directions

1Rinse chicken with cold water; pat dry with paper towels.

2In a small bowl, stir together oregano, basil, thyme and salt.

3Use your fingers to loosen the skin from the tail to the neck.

4Rub the herb mixture under the birds skin.
