- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. thyme, crushed
- dash of oregano
- 1/8 c. green onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
Directions

1Place fillets in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.

2Dot with butter.

3Blend milk and flour in saucepan over medium heat.

4Stir constantly until thick and bubbly.

5Cook and stir 1 minute longer. Add salt, garlic salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, green onion and dill weed.

6Pour sauce over fish.

7Sprinkle with paprika if desired.

8Bake uncovered at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
