  • 6 cups raw potatoes, diced
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 1 cup celery, minced
  • 14 cup fresh parsley
  • 14 cup butter, melted

    Cook potatoes in small amount of boiling water, 5 minutes and drain.

    Cover (put in frig to cook next day.

    bring to room temperature).

    Bake 350 for 30 minute.
