- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. minced chives
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh chervil or 1/4 tsp. dried chervil
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 tsp. minced fresh tarragon or 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
- assorted crackers
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add the parsley, chives, chervil, garlic, tarragon and lemon-pepper; mix well.

2Transfer to a serving dish.

3Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

4Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.

5Serve with crackers. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
